Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including the Bottom Laminator/Stacker, Coater/Unwind, Cooling Cutter, Wrapper/Palletizer, and Line Driver/Utility.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with production leads and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet, lift 50 pounds, and climb ladders safely.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write.
  • Ability to learn and operate new equipment.
  • Pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
