Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Texas Multi-Specialty Group.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Triaging patients, taking vital signs, and documenting information in our electronic medical record system
  • Administering injections and performing spirometry/pulmonary function tests
  • Obtaining medical records as required for patient appointments
  • Performing other administrative duties, including checking in/out appointments, answering phone calls, and making appointments as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year of medical assistant experience
  • Computer literacy with eClinicalworks experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians, and patients
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow oral and written instructions
