Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and sociable Lot Attendant who will be responsible for the movement and organization of our diverse inventory, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft trailers within our facility.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Lot Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Safely maneuvering vehicles in and out of the lot on a daily basis.
  • Arranging motorcycles, ATVs, and other vehicles in both the showroom and outdoor display areas.
  • Assisting in the tagging process for sold units.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of vehicles within the showroom.
  • Washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition for customer pick-up or delivery.
  • Completing all necessary pre-delivery checklists accurately.
  • Receiving and organizing parts or equipment deliveries as needed.
  • Keeping the workshop, showroom, and lot orderly and clean.
  • Supporting other team members with various tasks as required.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in an automotive or powersports dealership environment is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 25 years of age for insurance compliance.
  • Physical capability to handle large and heavy motorcycles, some weighing up to 850 pounds.
  • Preferred motorcycle endorsement and riding experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
