Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The Heavy Equipment Technician will be tasked with:

  • Ensuring the timely processing of returned rental machinery.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean workspace, including the management of both operational and non-operational equipment.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines established by OSHA and our company.
  • Managing inventory and procurement of essential parts and supplies.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of service vehicles and their attached equipment.
  • Coordinating customer service interactions and on-site service requests.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician.
  • Experience in operating various types of construction machinery.
  • Basic computer skills, with familiarity in rental management software being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of procurement software is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must have:

  • A complete set of tools in good condition.
  • The ability to perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • The capacity to work at a desk and on a computer for extended periods.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
