Job Overview:

This role involves working as a Route Technician, Universal Technician, or Start Technician, focusing on selling new services, re-selling existing clientele, and ensuring customer satisfaction through inspections, estimates, and services performed. We strive for excellence in customer relations, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details
  • Working outdoors for most of the day, lifting at least 50lbs, crawling/kneeling, and applying liquid treatments
  • Data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexible scheduling during the summer season (Monday-Saturday)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to read and understand safety documents
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Talent for problem-solving and effective reasoning
