Job Summary
The Cardiac ICU Nurse will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, lab results, and medication regimens
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky
- 2+ years of experience in Cardiac ICU
- ACLS, BLS, NIH, and KY License certifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
