Garver is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our growing Transportation Team in our Moore, OK office to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination
  • Sub-consultant coordination and collaboration
  • Project/task scheduling and planning
  • Civil design and plan production oversight
  • Cost estimation and budgeting
  • Client interaction and communication

Technical Requirements:

  • Geometric design for roadways and highways
  • Drainage design and stormwater management
  • Construction sequencing and traffic control planning
  • Utility relocation coordination and management
  • Marketing activities may include proposal development and presentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in transportation project management
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk Civil 3D or Microstation roadway design software
  • Working knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, MUTCD, and Oklahoma DOT Roadway Design Manual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in consulting engineering with a focus on municipal or DOT transportation projects
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Oklahoma or ability to obtain reciprocity
