Key Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the Team, attending appropriate team meetings and fostering strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues.
  • Accept responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness and work with the team to resolve issues.
  • Understand and maintain familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems, including quality, security, office environment, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work on feet for multiple hours, work in various temperatures, and the ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and preferred experience in manufacturing or poultry.
Education

In process of completing a technical certificate, associates degree, bachelor's degree, and/or 2 years of related experience.
