POSITION SUMMARY

The Laborer role involves executing various field labor responsibilities throughout the construction phase of our projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct fundamental labor tasks, including basic demolition and carpentry work, at job sites or for specific project assignments.
  • Ensure the construction site is organized and free from debris.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials to facilitate job site progress.
  • Operate light industrial equipment to perform larger labor tasks as directed by the onsite lead or other field management personnel.
  • Travel to local suppliers to procure materials or equipment necessary for job site tasks as instructed by onsite management.
  • Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations to complete labor tasks safely.
  • Work 8-hour shifts, which may occasionally require overtime, night, or weekend hours to meet project deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Completion of OHSA-10 certification is required within the first month of employment.
