Key Responsibilities- Lead the Department of Neurosurgery in achieving academic, educational, and clinical excellence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance research programs, clinical services, and training programs
- Collaborate with colleagues across the University to promote a culture of institutional stewardship and transparency
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Department and the University
- Hold a medical doctorate or equivalent, be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana, and hold active board certification by the American Board of Neurological Surgery or comparable credentials
