Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of our production line and ensuring the quality of our recycled materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously supply materials to the production line to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the infeed and output of materials to maintain optimal workflow.
  • Prepare and package products into boxes or super sacks at the conclusion of the production process.
  • Utilize the computer inventory system to weigh and label finished products accurately.
  • Monitor the cleaning line to ensure proper material flow and quality control.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections to assess product quality.
  • Complete routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating forklifts is required.
  • Understanding of job responsibilities and functions is essential.
  • Ability to operate machinery independently and efficiently.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication and adherence to safety standards.

Working Environment:

  • Exposure to various environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Compensation: $18.02 per hour
