Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Join our team as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing processes and systems.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced manufacturing processes and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and production.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop design for manufacture and assembly optimized concepts and specifications.
  • Participate in cross-functional product development teams to ensure effective transition to production.
  • Support manufacturing operations in process development, tool design, machine programming, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical support and direction in identifying and implementing continuous improvements to manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing process design and development.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience.
  • Technical background in injection molding and/or high speed assembly is desirable.
  • Experience with developing and implementing successful solutions for complex manufacturing processes.
