- Engage in a comprehensive 12-week orientation program, supported by a clinical instructor.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will become an integral part of our team, experiencing a well-rounded and inclusive training program. You will work alongside seasoned nurses who are committed to mentoring new graduates. This position offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a tailored residency curriculum based on individual learning needs.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Establish and prioritize patient care activities based on acuity, preferences, and resources.
- Maintain interventions to ensure continuity of safe and effective patient care.
- Respond to health risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Seek supervision and assistance when necessary.
- Document patient care accurately in medical records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Advanced certifications may be required based on the clinical area.
Work Environment:
This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage physical demands, including lifting and moving patients, while adhering to safety protocols.
