About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
