Salary: $20.25/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist our Program Manager with supervisory responsibilities within a group home setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the supervision of Direct Support staff
  • Ensuring individuals receive dignified and respectful treatment
  • Developing and monitoring community-centered opportunities for individuals
  • Scheduling medical appointments and completing progress notes
  • Auditing financial records and assisting with business reports

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent degree
  • Two years' related experience
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and a valid driver's license
