Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Workforce Support Center team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles, clearance passing, and security briefings and debriefings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
