About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at NCH. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
  • Supervise students and provide training and evaluation as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT certification in CT and current registration.
  • Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency license.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the correct use of body mechanics.
  • CPR certification through American Heart Association.
