* Estimate cost, time, and materials of carpentry projects
* Communicate effectively with team members and managers
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Four consecutive years of framing experience in residential construction or steel stud framing applications
* Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
* Ability to weld (a plus)

**Competencies:**

* Methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
* Building and safety code requirements
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Methods and practices followed in tool maintenance
* Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
* Deliver customer service in a professional manner
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships
