Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team at Nationwide Video. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our HR function to drive business results.

About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the President. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in human resource management, with experience in partnering with managers to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for planning, leading, developing, and coordinating policies, activities, and members of the HR department while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the organizational culture and mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing HR teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to company leadership and managers on employee relations, discipline, policy compliance, morale, communication, and performance management issues.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in partnering with managers to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
