Shift Details: Weekend Day Shift - Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 6:00am - 6:00pm - Work 3-12 Hour Days with Tuesday through Friday off - RESUMES ARE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently load and unload materials utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc.
  • Ensure that packaging, routing, and systems tasks are executed swiftly and accurately.
  • Actively participate in and guide the team in implementing Lean warehousing practices on the floor.
  • Complete assignments by adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in all tasks performed.
  • Engage in collaborative activities with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment and utilizing a handheld scanner.
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules with potential overtime as required.
  • Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This position requires the ability to:
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 75 lbs.
  • Handle objects of diverse shapes, sizes, and weights.
  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as necessary.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Operate tools or equipment effectively.
  • Adjust focus and demonstrate various visual capabilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Tolerate varying temperatures in warehouse environments.
