  • Ensure application code is validated against unit tests, security assessments, and profiling tools.
  • Assist in the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of defects.
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs and deployment manuals.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce Development.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Note: An additional ten (10) years of relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Professional Experience:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators to develop and maintain Salesforce applications.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the standard Salesforce product suite, including Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), and App Cloud.
  • Provide guidance on custom solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and mobile application strategies.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as Ajax, JavaScript, Angular JS, and CSS Bootstrap.
  • Experience in designing Picklists, Page Layouts, Workflows, Approval Processes, Salesforce Reports, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Dashboards, and email notifications.
  • Proficient in environment migration utilizing DevOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with scripted data loaders, web services, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Proficient in writing SOQL, SOSL, Aggregate, and Relationship queries in Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes while optimizing queries to adhere to governor limits.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts.
  • Experience with secure development practices and security requirements, including single sign-on and data protection.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce systems with internal and external platforms using Single Sign-on Identity Management solutions.
  • Utilize Data Loader for CRUD operations and bulk data import/export using CSV files.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, written communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation such as workflows and deployment guides.

Preferred Experience: Salesforce and Tableau certifications are advantageous.

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
