Compensation: $16.80-$19.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in this program, you will:

  • Create an environment that promotes skill development, effective communication, and readiness for school, celebrating every achievement.
  • Learn directly from BCBAs to deliver transformative therapy and ensure the consistent application of behavior plans and instructional materials.
  • Engage in clinical mentorship with BCBAs to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data through various effective methods, completing daily progress notes to track outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by clinical leadership to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field.
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
