Position Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of our projects in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multifamily and senior living construction initiatives, demonstrating a successful track record with projects valued at up to $70 million. This position provides the chance to lead significant projects and play a vital role in our commitment to excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of Commercial Construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Establish and uphold project timelines, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and financial resources.
- Ensure adherence to building regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Proactively identify and address project challenges and conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager overseeing Multifamily and Senior Living Construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is advantageous.
