**Job Summary**
Alaris Health at Hamilton Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing units to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with charge nurses to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and provide specialized attention to critically ill residents
- Ensure that each resident's individualized care plan is understood and implemented by all staff members
- Perform medication passes and provide direct resident care as needed
- Orient, train, and refresh nursing personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety of residents and staff
- Enforce safety protocols and review incident reports for accuracy and completeness
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registration with the professional board of nursing examiners of New Jersey
- Experience in nursing and supervisory experience in long-term care
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations
- Ability to train and delegate staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
