Sales Growth Executive

At Shamrock Foods Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Executive to join our team. As a Sales Growth Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
- Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customers business
- Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering, food cost analysis, and market intelligence
- Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to drive sales growth
- Facilitate demonstrations of capabilities to support customer success
- Share new product innovation through utilization of Shamrock resources
- Build multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve
- Keep accounts current and optimize sales, service, and delivery
- Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and experience enhancements
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills
- High School Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
- 2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, food service, or related experience preferred
- Previous successful sales experience a plus
- Current driver's license
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology
- Knowledgeable on industry trends and Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Starting compensation of $40,000-$100,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission-basis. Shamrock Foods Company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
