Job Title: Sales Growth Executive

At Shamrock Foods Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Executive to join our team. As a Sales Growth Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
  • Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customers business
  • Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering, food cost analysis, and market intelligence
  • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to drive sales growth
  • Facilitate demonstrations of capabilities to support customer success
  • Share new product innovation through utilization of Shamrock resources
  • Build multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve
  • Keep accounts current and optimize sales, service, and delivery
  • Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and experience enhancements
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, food service, or related experience preferred
  • Previous successful sales experience a plus
  • Current driver's license
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology
  • Knowledgeable on industry trends and Microsoft Office
  • Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
