Responsibilities:
Summary


Your tasks may involve working at a workstation, assembly line, or production floor, packaging air filters into specified cartons in accordance with customer requirements and company protocols.

This role necessitates standing at designated workstations throughout the shift, with potential for extended hours and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities


Under general oversight, you will perform a variety of tasks that require a solid understanding of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment, including but not limited to folding, assembling, laying out, or rolling stock, inspecting, and cutting.


Promptly report to your supervisor or team leader any unusual materials, equipment issues, or work conditions that may disrupt operations, deviate from quality standards, violate good manufacturing practices, or compromise safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records related to production requirements for packing, such as:

- Setting up the correct number of boxes for each customer's order

- Performing basic calculations to ensure quality control (verifying the correct number of filters in each box)

- Keeping a production log to track the number of items packed per hour against expected targets.

Execute simple, routine, and repetitive tasks following established procedures.


Ensure cleanliness in your assigned work area at all times during production halts and at the end of your shift.

Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment, including gloves, aprons, safety glasses, and back support.

Possess basic computer skills for tasks such as printing labels.

Comply with all safety regulations and promptly report any hazards to your supervisor.

Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.

Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook or departmental guidelines. Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Skills and Experience

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is highly preferred.

- Previous manufacturing experience is strongly desired.

- Ability to work overtime on short notice.

- Capability to perform tasks while standing for extended periods.

- Ability to meet the physical, visual, and auditory requirements specified in this job description.
