Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to take a unique, relationship-oriented approach to their campaigns and liaise between major clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer experiences by communicating services and products available.
  • Lead by example and train other staff members on promotional strategies.
  • Provide product and customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.
  • Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns, driving results and growth.
Requirements
  • Work experience in communications, business administration, management, advertising, marketing, public relations, sales, political science, psychology, sports management, or related fields is an asset.
  • Willingness to succeed and train in an entry-level promotions position, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to complete independent work as well as collaborative work with other Marketing & Brand Coordinators.
  • Confidence in one's ability to succeed and prove oneself in a career opportunity.
