Job Title: Lead Door Technician

Authority Dock and Door Inc is seeking a highly skilled Lead Door Technician to join our team. As a Lead Door Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of industrial and commercial doors and dock equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and repairing industrial and commercial doors and dock equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance on garage doors
  • Determining what needs to be done to repair or replace an existing garage door system
  • Maintaining inventory of new parts to ensure prompt repair of doors
  • Cleaning debris from tracks to ensure smooth operation of doors
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Field Service and Installation background experience required
  • 2 year Commercial/Service industry technician experience required
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to climb and work from ladders both extension and A-Frame, height up to 40 ft.
  • Must be able to access and navigate office and warehouse (including mezzanine stairs).
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs pounds at a time.

Salary: $25-$30 per hour
