We are currently in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to enhance our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founder to grasp the overarching vision and work alongside the team to devise and execute effective strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Ensure that all organizational initiatives are consistent with the company’s mission.
• Engage closely with the Board of Directors to establish strategic goals and provide ongoing updates.
• Identify and assess opportunities for growth and expansion to amplify the company’s impact and outreach.
• Employ data-driven methodologies to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and refine strategies as necessary.
• Formulate, implement, and oversee strategic financial plans to meet annual budgetary goals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, community leaders, and other relevant parties.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in nonprofit management.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong financial management expertise, encompassing budgeting and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in program management and organizational leadership.
• Proven success in securing substantial contributions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics to guide strategic decisions.
