We are seeking a skilled Offshore Rigger to join our team at Allison Offshore Services LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of equipment and materials on our offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of offshore construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assemble and rig equipment, including pipe spools and flange connections, as directed by supervisors.
- Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and other safety processes to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct behavioral-based safety observations to promote a culture of safety within the team.
- 2+ years of experience as an Offshore Rigger or in a related field.
- Recent offshore construction experience, with a focus on safe work habits and adherence to industry regulations.
- Valid TWIC card and ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, and pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
