Senior Facilities Engineer

EDG Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing process and mechanical systems for oil and gas production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and develop process and mechanical designs for new and existing oil and gas production facilities
- Perform front-end engineering and design (FEED) and detailed engineering for greenfield and brownfield design projects
- Design and develop process and utility systems, including piping, equipment, and instrumentation
- Develop and review technical specifications, data sheets, and drawings for process equipment and instruments
- Perform process simulations, develop process flow diagrams, and perform sizing calculations for process and utility equipment
- Develop and review process and mechanical engineering studies, including de-bottlenecking, vent/relief, and hydraulic analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design and/or project management of oil and gas and/or petrochemical facilities
- PE license highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and travel to client sites as needed
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills. The position requires occasional travel to off-site work locations and may involve working in a plant or offshore platform atmosphere.
