Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Emerson Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Kit materials into boxes, cases, and packaging as required.
- Handle and identify materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct daily follow-up of all warehouse-related functions, including housekeeping.
- Cross-train in other departments to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent communication and basic math skills, including counting.
- Detailed-oriented with ability to follow specific instructions.
- Able to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements.
- Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items.
- Able to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or operations experience.
