Position Overview:
As the Chief of Patient Care Coordination, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing case management services within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the case management team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering professional development.

Qualifications:
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a compact state is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in nursing case management is essential.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a leadership role and a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
