We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment, lobby, stock rooms, restrooms, kitchen area, front counter area, and crew area.
- Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
- Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Report to each shift on time and ready to work, with a positive attitude.
- Follow food safety procedures according to company policies, health and sanitation regulations.
- Be willing to be cross-trained and flexible in your schedule to ensure seamless service.
- Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet every customer with a smile.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including pay starting at $15.50 and up depending on experience, as well as benefits such as access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, McD Perks, cash bonuses, and more.
