Responsibilities:- Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments
- Provide clinical recommendations based on medication therapy management and retrospective drug utilization review protocols
- Assess medication regimens for unnecessary medications, ineffective medications, and adverse drug reactions
- Provide patient education on medication regimens and disease states
- Accurately document patient care notes and recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of pharmacy work experience in retail/community pharmacy and/or PBM
- Prior call center experience
- Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- Competitive hourly rate: $73.00 to $75.00 per hour
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401K plan
- Paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and Holiday pay
