Role Responsibilities

  • Transform product vision into actionable and measurable components through well-structured user stories.
  • Facilitate the collection and clarification of business requirements from key stakeholders aimed at addressing organizational challenges.
  • Prioritize user stories and tasks within Sprints based on urgency, significance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate across business, design, and delivery teams to ensure a clear understanding of business goals and user needs.
  • Maintain a dynamic Product roadmap and backlog, influencing the direction of Sprints and Program Increments to ensure timely delivery of value-driven data solutions.
  • Support product delivery and readiness by coordinating demonstrations, managing communications and materials, overseeing user acceptance testing, and facilitating relevant training initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to convert business data analysis into actionable tasks.
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts.
  • Experience in independently managing requirements and design activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and JIRA.
