Job Title: Tax Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to oversee and manage our tax department at CyberCoders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Tax Strategies: Create and execute tax plans that minimize the company's tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee tax planning and preparation for individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns.
  • Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Identify Tax-Related Risks and Opportunities: Lead tax research and analysis, identifying and proposing solutions to complex tax issues.
  • Train and Mentor: Train and mentor tax department staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax accounting with a focus on corporate tax.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, and 1041.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
