Wedding Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wedding Event Coordinator to join our team at Wedgewood Weddings. As a CCSA (Captain, Coordinator, Sales Administrator), you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of weddings and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the Wedgwood Way and develop your skills in event planning, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of weddings and events
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts
• Participate in the set-up and tear-down of banquets and events

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and brilliant smile
• Passion for weddings, events, and the hospitality industry
• College degree or current student in an accredited academic program or substantial hospitality experience
• Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and solve problems while multi-tasking
• Tremendous interpersonal skills (verbal/written/listening/presentation)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to exhibit grace under pressure
• Ability to relate to a diverse set of team members and clients
