Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team at UniFirst. This role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results in new account acquisition and customer retention.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Team Leader will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance and achieve individual sales goals
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
About the Role:
- Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
- Location: Wilmington, MA (with opportunities for remote work)
