Job Title: Ambulatory Care Specialist

Maine Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in the physician office setting. As an Ambulatory Care Specialist, you will work closely with physicians and advanced practice practitioners to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and provide individualized care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform various patient care services, including vital sign collection and medication administration

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- One year of RN experience required; two years of relevant experience preferred
