Patient Care and Safety

As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients during surgical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in preventing complications and promoting positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
* Implement evidence-based practices to prevent errors and ensure patient safety.
* Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or associate's degree with current enrollment in a BSN program.
* Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact.
* BLS certification with American Heart Association and PALS, ACLS preferred.
* One year of professional nursing experience, with Operating Room experience highly desirable.
