As a Senior Rehabilitation Specialist at Ballad Health, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients. With a strong focus on physical therapy, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment programs that meet the unique needs of each patient.
About the Role:
This position requires a graduate of an accredited physical therapy college program with an active and valid physical therapy license. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, prescribing treatment programs, and documenting progress. In addition, you will supervise PT Techs and/or PTAs assigned to your team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment programs for patients
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document treatment and progress in accordance with hospital policies
- Supervise PT Techs and/or PTAs assigned to your team
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy college program
- Active and valid physical therapy license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
