Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality wound care to patients with various types of wounds, including surgical, traumatic, and pressure ulcers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal healing outcomes.
  • Supervise and educate nursing assistants on proper wound care techniques and protocols.
Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in the state of residence.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
