Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the distribution center's operational policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives.

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as safety, productivity, budget compliance, and inventory management.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Provide comprehensive training for facility employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee compliance with corporate policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Engage in the development and execution of the facility budget.

  • Mentor and coach direct reports to promote professional growth.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance for warehouse equipment.
  • Assist in conducting Inventory Cycle Counts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Korber/HighJump preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
