We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. As a member of our medical-surgical unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with a variety of medical-surgical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
