Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing education on products and their effects, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about cannabis products and their effects.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work directly with management to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
