Job Title: Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our retail team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Trulieve's products, including their benefits, potential side effects, and usage guidelines.
  • Facilitate customer purchases, ensuring compliance with state regulations and providing a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with management and shift supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to Trulieve's policies and procedures, upholding the company's standards for quality and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery associate role).
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
