Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and company policies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a service writer or related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • ASE certification (C1- Service Consultant) and/or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
