Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN - Hemodialysis Specialist to join our team at Capleo Global LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a hemodialysis setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support in a hemodialysis setting, including IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures.
- Administer conscious sedation as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hemodialysis techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in hemodialysis and PD experience.
- IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
- Conscious sedation experience.
