Job Description:

The Senior Technology Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex IT projects from conception through implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand IT processes and restrictions.
  • Monitor team progress relative to established objectives and priorities.
  • Manage performance, provide coaching as needed, and ensure project delivery according to Enterprise Technology policies and procedures.
  • Organize, plan, and manage projects in collaboration with technology and business teams.
  • Adapt plans to meet service and operational challenges, resolving technical, operational, risk management, and organizational issues.
  • In an Agile environment, serve as the 'IT Leader'.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least ten years of experience in managing complex IT projects or equivalent education and related training/experience. Demonstrated experience in project management/delivery teams, ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and knowledge of technology structures are essential.
